Data erasure
We are offering a variety of deletion standards, which are overwriting the individual sectors of a hard disk by using a complex mathematical algorithm. Our customers mostly request following three deletion methods:
- 1-pass erasing (one pass zero)
- 3-passes erasing (US DoD 5220.22-M)
- 7-passes erasing (VSITR – BSI)
We offer also additional standards like for example a NVRAM-deletion of the internal database that can be combined with other deletion methods. Our trained experts use skillfully our software in order to delete entire sensitive data irrevocably and with maximal safety without harming the devices.
Compatible hard disk interfaces: IDE / SATA / eSATA / SAT
NVRAM-deletions: all manufacturers and models of copiers, printers, fax systems, controllers and plotters.
Destruction of data storage medium
Do you want total certainty ? If yes, physical destruction of the data storage medium is the next logical step. By the use of the special certified shredders, each data storage medium can be destroyed and professionally recycled.
Transparency and documentation
Data deletion certificates can be provided digitally and on request also as a paper copy.
A certificate contains following information:
- Manufacturer and model of the device
- Serial number of the device
- Serial number of the data storage medium (on demand)
- Applied erasure method(s)
- Date of the performed deletion
- Staff responsible for the data erasure
